HireRight is seeking an experienced Software Engineer III to join its Software Development Team. As a HireRight Software Engineer III you will be responsible for designing, documenting and implementing production code. You will develop prototype versions of software modules and applications and provide technical assistance to a team of senior and junior developers.
About You: As a Software Engineer III(Senior) it is expected that you will take ownership of your area of responsibilities and quickly make beneficial impacts on the team and our global software development operations. You will be able to deliver results with little supervision and oversight by providing self-direction. You will demonstrate clear understanding of the importance of repeatable, consistent, predictable incremental software development processes and methodologies. You will crave the collaborative process of turning an idea into a profitable solution and understand the b! est practices in software product development as it relates to the benefits of effective re-use of existing patterns and capabilities to achieve fast time-to-market.
