OBJECTIVE
The Tech Lead role is to create software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Work with sales team to create the time, scope and budget for new project proposals. Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software engineering and ensures the procedure & processes are implemented & followed. The Tech Lead has in-depth kno! wledge of advanced software concepts, practices, and procedures within the software engineering field, and relies on experience & judgment to plan & accomplish goals while helping their team members to do the same. The role is responsible for the delivery of multiple projects across multiple clients. A high degree of creativity & latitude required and should be able to assist other team members.
