HiringThing is a cloud-based online recruiting and hiring solution, with our application in production use by several companies to help with hiring challenges. Our recent beta program has proven successful, and now we're adding to our team in anticipation of a great launch in 2012.
You should be an experienced Rails developer, with a passion for writing great code and features that delight end users. HiringThing maintains a "virtual office," so you'll be telecommuting via Skype, IRC, IM and other collaboration tools from your home office.
