As a senior-level engineer, you will be challenged with designing, implementing, and leading other team members on unique projects that run in unique environments. * Lead and mentor a team of developers on new projects
* Analyze and identify project requirements as well as develop time-lines for deliverables
* Design and implement system layers including data access, business logic, and user interface
* Design and implement solutions to unique and challenging system requirements
* Deliver high-quality solutions that are unit-tested, free of major defects, and written in a clean and maintainable style
* Play an active role in the design and development of new and innovative solutions
* Actively participate in design/code reviews providing substantive and high-quality feedback
* Perform and assist in multiple roles throughout the development life cycle
* Collaborate with team members to research and evaluate new techno! logies and software methodologies for future products and solu! tions
* Assist in maintaining and upgrading existing applications
