GENERAL SUMMARY
Direct and supervise the planning, technical skill application, and coordinating functions necessary to provide enterprise and business use applications, interfaces andsupportsystems required for Bank-wide business operation. Responsible for the development of application solutions, providing advice, guidance, and assistance to staff members and end user areas on matters related to the design, development, and application of automated information processing systems.
Direct and manage a variety of information technology infrastructure services, including the architecture, implementation, administration and operations for voice, network, server administration and/or storage.
Participates in key Information Technology Department management functions. These functions include but are not necessarily limited to Service Desk, systems security, scheduling and report distribution, backup, budget develo! pment and management, security and the development, management, and maintenance of the IT Continuity of Operations Plan.
Works closely with Senior Management and Departments to solve problems, meet schedules, sponsor projects and track progress in achieving goals and objectives to improve service to the clients through deployment of world-class information technology solutions.
