We're looking for engineers who love getting their hands dirty with everything from application logic to core infrastructure to front-end A/B testing. Our ideal candidate is someone doesn't want to be pigeon-holed--you love the challenges of building new ventures, and have the technical knowledge to move effortlessly between layers of a system.

Cogo Labs is located in Cambridge, MA, Kendall Square.

Requirements:

• We build things fast. You must have a Bachelor's in Comp Sci or significant development experience.
• We use the best tool for the job. You must be fluent in at least two programming languages and interested in learning others (we primarily use Ruby and Python).
• We're serious data-heads (100TB and counting). You must know databases & SQL.
• We never speculate when we can just run a test and find out. You must be able to put ego aside and trust the data.
• We're actually building out new businesses. You must love the idea that real dollars are at stake, and get a thrill from swinging for the fences.
