We are seeking a full-time Software Engineer / Architect to work out of our Sausalito office. The Development team is dispersed between our US headquarters in Sausalito and our branch office in Romania. This position will be responsible for anchoring the development team in the US, helping grow the team and mentoring less experienced team members. The position will be responsible for designing and implementing a few challenging new projects working with developers in the US and Romania, as well as program management, QA, UI design, systems operations and customer support. Additionally, the Software Engineer / Architect needs to contribute to ongoing development management by helping improve processes and methodologies where needed and able. Our current technology base revolves around the typical LAMP stack and this position is expected to help us grow and extend that base while including other technologies where and if appropriate. This position requires ! some travel to Romania and possibly other locations in the US and Europe.
