We’re growing our Ruby agent team, building the world’s best performance monitoring tool, running in tens of thousands of Ruby applications. If diving into Rails’ and Rack’s source code makes your heart beat faster, then you are might be the person we are looking for. If you’ve ever read the MRI source code to understand how a Ruby method really works… well, then you’ve got our hearts a-beating too!
We’re a pre-IPO start-up, so of course we’re looking for people with top-notch software design and coding skills who work well in a distributed team. And we’re an agile organization, so we’re looking for people who have “agile” in their DNA: people who do continuous integration, TDD, and find creative ways to test complex systems. Additionally, our product is simple for our users, but complex behind the scenes, so the ideal candidates have experience designing and building large complex ! software systems.

- Developing and debugging in Ruby and other languages
- TDD/BDD and your approach to testing
- Rails, Rack, and other frameworks in the Ruby ecosystem
- Building and deploying web applications
- Agile development, open source tools and Linux/MacOs
