All positions will be expected to operate independently. We're a start-up and work as a team, but you need to be comfortable taking on projects and owning them. In short, we want rock stars over here!
Technical Challenges
- Stitch is an application that relies heavily on fontend to backend communication. The developer must be comfortable accepting json strings of data, parsing them, and taking action upon that information using the existing and future class structure. They must also be able to work with the front-end developers to determine appropriate communication protocols for send/receive.
- As more customers are on-boarded, scalability of the database and leveraging the dataset become a primary concern. Every effort must be made to insure that the database and code will scale to extremely large customer sets.
- Stitch is designed as a multi-user application with individual and global permission! sets. Knowledge of how a multiple users using the system at the same time and how that impacts the implementation of the code is necessary.
- Stitch's integration platform will continue to be built upon. As we integrate with more services the technical challenges are going to change and vary based on the integration partner. The developer must feel comfortable working in these external environments and developing a consistent protocol within Stitch to manage this information.
- Stitch is built on a custom platform. The developer must feel comfortable learning this platform, building on it, and improving it
