Job opening - Analytics Developer at The New York City Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications (New York, NY)

• Oversee the implementation of new functionality, defect fixes and change requests according to design specifications;


• Perform the technical design, development and component testing of repository changes, ETL Solutions and reports and dashboards;


• Maintain current Analytics schema, metadata, ETL code and documentation;


• Execute ETL runs and ensure that data loads complete on time;


• Support ETL changes and maintenance;


• Assist in the analysis, design and use of ETL Tools;


• Assist in developing a framework for the audit and validation of ETL processes;


• Assist in developing the framework for lineage report(s) that show the transformation of source data as it moves to a target;


• Create, update and maintain system documentation;


• Provide 2nd level support;


• Assist in developing the framework for lineage report(s) that show the transform! ation of source data as it moves to a target;


• Create, update and maintain system documentation;


• Provide 2nd level support;


• Manage special technology projects and initiatives as assigned.

Hours/Shift: Day - Due to the necessary technical management duties of this position in a 24/7 operation, candidate may be required to be on call and/or work various shifts such as weekends and/or evenings.
