Associate (Professional Services Consultant III)

Anakam Identity Services is seeking an Associate to join our fast-paced and energetic Client Services Team that supports our Public and Private Sector customers. The Associate works closely with the Anakam Sales and Client Services Teams in the creation and delivery of new business and is able to demonstrate compelling solutions to complex customer business problems that utilize Anakam and Equifax products.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in defining project scope and objectives;


• Provide technical design assistance for customer solutions and new product development;


• Present and communicate project deliverables/results to clients;


• Participate in proposal development and sales presentations to potential clients;


• Training Documentation and Presentation to client! s;


• Participation in system testing  and User Acceptance Testing; and

Provide Customer Support (post and pre-sales).

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with strong technical and client-facing skills who is comfortable operating within a rapidly growing, dynamic, and innovative environment, have a love of technology and a curiosity to explore new technologies and solutions.
