As the Product Support Developer, you will be researching and resolving issues for external and internal clients regarding our EBC Suite software application.
Job responsibilities include:
- Analyzing databases and comparing data results to application code to uncover issues
- Analyzing business rules within existing application code and making code changes or creating new solutions that support the existing business logic
- Researching and modifying other developers’ code
- Developing workarounds to prevent disruption of and to support critical business process which are being effected by software issues while application changes are being researched and pursued
