Department Overview:  

Design and Delivery is part of CTO/Business Intelligence providing Cognos services such as reports, dashboards and cubes, data modeling, internal client self empowerment and web analytics. 

Leading the implementation and application of Site Catalyst tagging to match business requirement for both Citi Cards and Citibank Online Retail Bank web sites.  

• Working with clients in CMIO (Citi Marketing Internet Office) to align the same priority on web metrics.


• Ownership of the Site Catalyst tag for any vendor hosted micro site to ensure control of Citi data according to company policies.


• Developing the web metrics using Java Scripts and relevant web technology.

• Site Catalyst S code Maintenance:

1. Use the latest version from Adobe Omniture


2. Porting the appropriate plug-ins to the latest version


3. Testing the code in the local system to see if data captured correctly and if any scripts errors


4. Deliver to corresponding environment for UAT

• Provide Analytics support for post project launch:

1. Establish baseline to verify if the number makes sense


2. Build Dashboard or Excel report based on user requests
