BIA is looking for remarkable software development engineers to join our growing software team. This is not your typical development environment. There are many different areas of concentration to dive into, a whole world of tools, languages, and technology to master, and a near-infinite amount of challenges to surpass. So if you enjoy working with smart, highly technical people, love writing code and have a deep passion for writing rock solid solutions to tough problems, then you’ll fit right in.
What you will do
- Contribute to the design and ! development of new Cloud based products as well as new features on existing products
- Build tools and systems to help our service and operational teams Get Things Done!
- Gain expertise in a number of enterprise technologies (including but not limited to: operating systems (Windows & Linux), file systems, networks, SQL, Active Directory, LDAP, Exchange, SMB/Samba, IDS/IPS, etc.)
- Work on Cloud systems, such as Amazon S3, SQS, and EC2.
- Continually research and learn new technologies; we are strong believers in reuse and attempt to use open source systems, tool and libraries whenever possible.
- Work effectively in a multi-tasking and highly dynamic environment
- Be highly involved in improvements and the direction of our product
