People have amazingly diverse interests, activities, behaviors, and characteristics, yielding incredible data sets. We build systems and experiences on top of that data to help bring people together, online and off. The Labs team is looking for a data and systems architect to help us design and implement a set of services to deliver value from the data sets at our disposal.
The individual joining our team will work on recommendation and classification engines, real-time analytics on event data, stream processing, pattern analysis, and outlier detection, as well as one-off data studies. Facility with big data, algorithm design, and machine learning principals are appreciated. You will work closely with our product and technology teams as we implement these products across multiple properties used by millions of singles around the world.
