As a Content Specialist, you will be embedded with a software development team. As a member of the team, you will participate in design discussions, bringing your perspective and experience to the discussion. You’ll help test the software, and help review demos created by developers. You’ll learn about our users, our products and our business, and use that knowledge to create engaging, task-focused documentation.
We will train you in state-of-the art techniques for creating user-focused technical information that our customers consume in the product, on hand-held devices, and on the web.
Your technical knowledge will grow daily and the learning opportunities are endless.
