You will be working on large traffic websites, with millions of visitors per day and a big array of products. Your main responsibilities will include implementing user interfaces for new features, full new websites and improvements on the existing ones. Among them you can find social networking features, multimedia delivery, JavaScript and Flash chat systems, mobile-specific web development, JS intensive UIs optimized for performance and scalability.
You will be part of a young Amsterdam located team, and work closely with the development team in a relaxed performance-driven environment.
On the backend, you'll find coding done in Python, PHP, Perl, on GIT and SVN repositories, backed up by MySql, PostgreSQL databases and sometimes helped by memcached, Solr, Wowza.
