- Become one of our Software Development E-Commerce Experts by developing an intimiate understanding of our technical platform
- Play a key role by driving strategic Software Engineering initiatives to grow our high volume e-commerce platform - Practice tactical excellence to achieve those strategic goals
- Actively work with software architects and product managers to continuously improve the SDLC process - contribute to more efficient and effective engineering team
- Participate & lead a cross-functional teams (technical & non technical members) on highly visible strategic projects and/or work independently as needed
- Interact closely with business and architects in understanding business processes and proposing technical as well as non-technical solutions for business problems
- Work independently to manage your deliverables as well as clearly define tasks for other members ! on your team to help reach your goals
