Job opening - Creative tech lead @ London digital agency at Profero Ltd (London, United Kingdom)

We have a fantastic creative team who spend their days coming up with new and innovative ways to promote brands, engage fans and make our clients very happy. Our client list includes some of biggest brands on the planet, and we’ve won global awards for the work we’ve done.


As a ‘creative’ web developer you will be responsible for bringing technical rigour and expertise to the creative process. You will be expected to contribute to cross-functional brainstorms and to help to bring ideas to life. You will be challenged on a daily basis with finding innovative solutions to creative ideas. (e.g. how to get 5762 people into a Mini Countryman.)


This is a position ideally suited to someone with a strong development background, within a creative agency environment, looking to move on to a leadership position.

This is a hands-on role, and you will be expected to get involved in live projects; your work will involve a mix of project work, proof-of-concept work and liaising with clients and internal teams to define & design applications and campaigns.


We work on projects across all form factors - desktop to mobile, we do a lot of social integration (Facebook, Twitter, 4sq, YouTube, maps, music and more) and you'll be expected to get into the detail of current and future public APIs.


The key personal attributes are a willingness to get involved, and a desire to continue learning.


Responsibilities:



  • Work with clients to educate, inform and inspire

  • Work with account teams to help shape campaigns

  • Work with project managers to scope project deliverables

  • Work with other developers to prove deliverables
  • Work with testers to ensure quality is maintained
