Qualifications:
- Proven track record of leading development teams
- Agile/Scrum/XP experience
- Proven track record with project management
- Java, JSP, Javascript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Linux, Shell scripting
- Working knowledge of Tomcat, Spring MVC and Hibernate
- 7+ Years product software development
- Knowledge of PHP a pl! us
- Experience working with source control systems
- Knowledge of open source software
- Understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Design
- Experience with databases
- Experience with NoSQL
- Experience with Scala or Akka a plus
- Web development best practices
