We’re a creative and energetic team looking for an experienced Development Manager in a fulltime position. We work primarily with the Windows platform devices providing web interface and mobile application development as well as live event streaming for our clients. Our developers thrive in an entrepreneur environment where innovative problem solving and out of the box thinking are encouraged and rewarded. This key leadership role is responsible for leading a team of engineers in design, development, test, and deployment for all Tri-Digital software releases. This role also includes helping to define the vision, definition and strategy for the development team by driving project initiatives that deliver on Tri-Digital’s vision. A successful candidate will have an established background in developing customer-facing experiences, a strong technical ability, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a ! fast paced environment.
