This position is primarily a customer engagement based software development position that requires advanced technical, organizational, and communication skills.
As a Senior Software Developer (Tech Lead) on our professional services team you will have the chance to work closely with our customers on a variety of project s designing and developing high customizable online banking solutions. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team in the development, testing and support of software development project lifecycles.
- Contributing across the entire development cycle (analysis, design, code, test, initial pilot/production launch, and production support) with the primary focus on analysis, solution design and mentoring development staff.
- Performing complex design activities which may require extensive research and analysis. !
Lead project design activities.
- Working with clients to clarify requirements and ensure that project design meets client’s business and technical requirements.
- Analyzing, designing, developing & debugging web-enabled applications.
- Researching problems discovered by QA or product support and developing solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Overseeing unit testing and integration testing for functionality and limits.
- Working closely with managers and directors in working with project teams.
- Managing and reviewing the activities of team members.
- Developing software as required by project requirements.
