The ideal candidate will excel in analytics, effectively manag! ing people/organizations, data-driven decision making, process improvement, and negotiation/vendor management. The candidate will have proven experience delivering results both within and outside his/her organization. The successful candidate will utilize and expand skills in e-commerce business management, vendor negotiations, leading a team and ultimately in running a large retail business.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and lead strategy for all vendor negotiations on an annual basis.
- Exceed financial targets: revenue, margin, and contribution profit.
- Deliver brand and selection expansion targets for Amazon and endless
- Drive improved in-stock levels and Retail system adoption
- Develop and lead weekly, monthly, and annual business reviews
- Cross functional collaboration on necessary systems and processes to support business needs and deliver cost/efficiency improvements.
- Develop and lead team of Vendor! Managers.
- Bachelor's Degree required !
- 7+ years of relevant retail leadership experience
- Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
- Experience managing senior direct reports
- Relevant senior level experience in retail, operations, finance and/or business management, with a proven history of owning and delivering results
- Proven experience leading teams & cross-functional projects
- Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities and vendor management experience
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Online retail experience preferred
- MBA preferred
