Our Principal Front-End Developer is responsible for building and enhancing our high performance cloud-based web application. You’ll turn mockups into working products and help rapidly prototype new features so we can quickly iterate on what works and what doesn't. You won’t just be writing code, you’ll be mentoring talented frond-end engineers and working closely with our Product teams to brainstorm, innovate and ultimately build deceptively simple user experiences for thousands of users.
- Lead the development and enhancement of the front-end of a large scale, high traffic web application.
- Lead the design and implementation of an exciting new look and feel and front-end re-architecture.
- Design and communicate code standards and architectural plans.
- Create simple and intuitive Ajax interfaces.
- Analyze site/page speed and help provide performance solutions.
- Mentor team members with complex technical and design issues.
- Lead a forward thinking team of front-end developers who have fun and work hard.
- Stay current with technology and industry best practices.
