Key qualifications:
- You MUST live in the SF Bay Area
- You must LOVE technology and be able to prove it.
- Be results, not process driven.

- Prior start-up experience very important: Ideally you have been in at least one startup under 20 people for a material period of time, understand startup compensation (sliding cash-equity scale) and are able and willing to work long hours with a great team of fun people
- Best candidates will know lots of the commonly used APIs and know how to find others to get the task done.
