The Director of Quality Assurance will define, develop and implement quality assurance practices and procedures, test plans and other QA assessments for our SaaS-based applications throughout the software lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Oversee software quality assurance strategy, addressing all phases of product development.
- Lead design, development and execution of functional, load, regression, integration, and performance test plans/test cases for applications (existing, new and in-production).
- Track, analyze and interpret test results and communicate status and metrics to management.
- Develop manual and automated testing procedures and improve test methodologies and processes as needed.
- Contribute to quality standards and best practices.
- Partner with support and development teams to understand and track issues, and e! nsure timely resolution.
- Manage local and remote resources.
