Work as a team member to provide systems support, maintenance and administration for servers, Cisco routers, switches, and Access Points, firewalls and other network infrastructure devices. Technologies supported include Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Cisco IOS, VLANS, routing protocols and VPN. Duties include backups and the daily maintenance and administration of Windows servers (Windows 2003, Windows 2008, SQL and Exchange), deployment of new systems, security management and documentation.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Five years full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional experience in electronic data processing (Information Technology) with at least three years work in which major duties included computer systems analysis or equivalent experience and substitutions as in Classification Specification.
• Ability to work well with a diverse faculty, staff and student population
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Hands-on experience with design/support of Cisco (LAN, WLAN, WAN) enterprise networks, Active Directory, and Windows Server 2003/2008 operations
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware server virtualization technology
• A+, Security+, MCP Windows Server 2003 or 2008 and CCNA certifications
• Bachelor of Science in Information Systems/equivalent combination of experience and certifications
SALARY: $1,132.69/wk
