We are seeking a highly-talented back-end developer to join our development team. All you need to be is an intellectually curious nerd who is self-driven, highly motivated and productive.


We are developing a mobile enterprise application platform (MEAP) that runs on the Microsoft.NET Framework. Hence the right candidate needs to have a working knowledge in this field. This is a great opportunity for you to contribute with excellent expertise in the new era of mobile web development and HTML5. We will gladly explain to you what we are working on.


The right candidate recognizes the importance of good design and performance optimization. You understand how problems can have multiple solutions and you can evaluate them and choose the best one. You are able and willing to learn new technologies and approaches rapidly. And finally you value getting things done, like finally shipping this code you have been working on.




Prospects


We reward performance and therefore promotion prospects include becoming a Second Level Supporter or a Quality Assurance Manager who will be responsible to maintain our knowledge database, based on frequent support enquiries. Also you will make recommendations on which bugs or problems should be tackled by the next release.



Salary (UK only):The Technical Writer role will pay in Newcastle £ 15k to £ 25k, possibly more for the right candidate. In our other locations the salary is open to negotiation.
