Now Hiring Experienced app developer to join the core team of a new venture

Faint Ratty Odor
Bangalore

Read on if you don't mind becoming part of a (not yet formed) company which will have the name "Faint Ratty Odor".

If you've gotten this far, you're already closer to being one of the few I'm looking to partner with.

I'm a software developer and apart from my full-time job, I'm involved in three other startups. As a result, I have barely any time in my hands. Hence, I'm looking for people to implement ideas for apps.

All the app ideas I currently have in the pipeline are very algorithm-centric and if you enjoy that sort of thing, you would love this.

The Position:

This position's for an App Developer and a member of the core team. If you're familiar with Android or iOS or both and have a track record to prove it, get in touch. Phonegap doesn't quite count.

Also, this isn't a full time job. It requires you to work during your free time. You can see what's up for grabs in the 'perks' section.

Strict Criteria for applying:

1) You must be human. If you've gotten this far and belong to another species, congratulations on your understanding of the written English language, but you're better off not applying.

2) Ideally, you wouldn't be a fan of Tottenham Hotspur. If you are, let's do our best to put aside our mutual tendencies to wring each others' necks.

3) You should be old enough to code. If you're not old enough to form a part of a company, find someone you trust to take your place.

4) You should be based in Bangalore.

And finally..

It's a long shot, but bonus points if you figure out what's behind the "Faint Ratty Odor" name.

Job Perks

A stake as a founding member when the company is formed.

Revenue sharing for the paid apps proportionate to the stake decided.

Anything else we can think of later on when things get serious.

The chance to work for a company whose name will be quite the umm... let's say "conversation starter".
