We work with well funded Silicon Valley startups building the apps you'll be talking about tomorrow. Our ideal candidate has the experience and work ethic to lead a team of amazing Rails developers in large, 3-5 month Rails projects for high visibility startups with high expectations.
The position is 100% telecommute with flexible work hours + benefits. (Must be in the US or Canada.)
In this role, you'll be asked to continuously grow as a Rails developer, learning on and off the job as needed in order to keep pace with the latest Rails development techniques and gems.
