As a Senior Software Solution Developer/Analyst, you will be accountable for software development and configuration to support of the Customer Provisioning business division. Key responsibility includes analysis, development, configuration, integration of software solutions and support for the less senior roles. Solution can incorporate multiple provisioning systems, which are directly or indirectly managed by Network and OSS Engineering domains. The application functional area includes Activation, Number Management, Fulfilment, Assurance, Reporting and Reconciliation.
The developer should have the ability to work across the Optus Technology organisations, building strong relationships with peers across the business. Key to the success of the role is the ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including IT Service Operations, as well as with functional domain experts. The developer should be successful at building a respectful and ! deep understanding of the challenges and capabilities within each domain, including in an environment where significant knowledge and capability is vested in third parties applications.
