This is an opportunity for a high achieving individual to be part of an innovative team that is building our next generation hospitality management platform leveraging Microsoft’s .NET4.0 framework.
The successful candidate will lead by example, embodying agile software principles of prioritizing collaboration over negotiation, individuals and interactions over processes and tools, working software over comprehensive documentation and responding to change over following a plan.
The successful candidate is passionate about building next-generation technologies, enjoys startup environme! nts, and loves to code. The candidate should have 5+ years software development experience, preferably with user interface design experience.
As a Senior Software Development Engineer, this role is responsible for:
- Analyzing, designing and developing system enhancements
- Proposing architecture and design optimizations
- Working with the development team and testing team to ensure consistent, high quality delivery
- Working as an individual as well as within a team structure to deliver complex systems
- Analyzing the performance impact of various in-place and proposed designs
- Performing peer code reviews and providing feedback on areas that need improvement
- Working with other team members and contractors to help increase their knowledge and ability within the organization
