Our work philosophy is founded on a collaborative method, all staff are engaged in defining the project direction and execution. GIGA's Lead Developer will work directly with GIGA's executive team to define site features and user stories. GIGA's Lead Developer is then responsible to define the required IT architecture, technological solutions, roll-out plan, testing and product delivery. We are looking for lead, intermediate and junior Developers. The lead developer will serve as the leader of GIGA's China-based development team and work within a SCRUM development environment. GIGA's Lead Developer will be responsible for working with other Development Team Members to collectively guide GIGA's direction and pro! gress. The Lead Developer is challenged to integrate technologies to harmonize into scalable IT web solutions. Intermediate and junior developers will be working on developing the new features under the supervision of the lead developer.
GIGA's Lead Developer reports to GIGA's CTO and CEO.
Intermediate and junior developers will report to Lead developer.
