Responsibilities
- Working directly with CTO to architect datacenter and network solutions
- Management of the Site Reliability Engineering first-response team for monitori! ng game health
- Architecting deployment and provisioning solutions for cloud-based game platforms
- Building and socializing procedures for monitoring and on-call duties
- Management and tasking of the System Ops engineering team
- Updating technology to use latest centrally supported platforms
- Management of software packages, configuration sets, and updates
- Trending and alerting of all critical services for game-health
- Security of servers and publicly accessible services
