Job opening - Support Engineer at Hannon Hill (Atlanta, GA)

Hannon Hill is seeking a support engineer to provide outstanding customer support for both of our products -- Cascade Server, our web content management system and Spectate, our inbound marketing marketing tool.


Candidates must be self-motivated, friendly and willing to collaborate both with our clients and our engineering, services and marketing teams.


Responsibilities




  • Respond to client submitted support requests via our support system and occasionally over the phone or web conference

  • Help clients troubleshoot integration issues with Cascade Server related to XSLT, HTML, CSS and JavaScript

  • Collaborate with software engineers and services team to resolve client issues

  • Be a product expert for both Cascade Server and Spectate

  • Provide product support to staff members

  • Help maintain product documentation and FAQs to arm our clients with k! nowledge

  • Manage instances of our software Cascade Server on Amazon’s EC2 stack
