Voylla an upcoming online lifestyle product company needs The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will share senior management vision in creating the best customer experience for lifestyle products online. The CTO will ensure smooth execution of company’s strategy through development and deployment of the company’s web presence.

CTO’s job responsibilities will include but not limited to Design, Develop, and Deploy company’s website, internal, and external tools that will ensure smooth execution of company’s operations. As a member of the senior managem! ent team; hire, manage, and coach team of software developers, software architects, software testers, graphic designers, UI designers, database administrators, and other technology employees that will be required to create most secure and customer friendly technology operations.  As a senior leader, the CTO will create and establish best practices across the orgs and partner with senior management in streamlining the technical processes that are essential for company’s operations.

Required Skills:
·      Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science from a top-ranking college.
·      10+ years of experience in the software and web application development.
·      Hands on experience coding in more than one currently popular web application framework.
·      Demonstrated! ability to envision web-based services that meet consume! r needs or solve business problems.
·      Knowledge of web standards.
·      Experience with UNIX system administration and web server configuration.
·      Knowledge of Internet protocols and database management systems.
·      Familiarity with technical requirements of Internet marketing and search engine optimization.
·      Familiarity with information security vulnerabilities and risk management.
·      Familiarity with consumer privacy and payments industry compliance requirements.
·      Exposure to business theory, business process development, governance processes, management, budgeting, and administrative operations.
·      Proven leadership ability.
·    !   Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.
·       Excellent written and oral communication skills.
·       Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
·       Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
