We are ready to hire our first, non-founder team members to help us develop the product, create value, and have a good time doing it. You will be joining us at a very early stage and will have a significant contribution on our culture and direction.
We are building a product that will change the way consumers interact with content on mobile devices by combining social media content with other digital activity ! to create fun, dynamic, and interactive experiences that delight the user, provide value, and make them want to return again and again.

Your responsibilities as our Designer:
Define the “look and feel” and user experience at thisis.me across multiple platforms - web, email, iPhone, Android, iPad.
Design engaging interfaces that delight our users and spark emotion.
The experience we’d like to see from you:
Strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction design work
Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision (not just 'how it should look' but 'what we should build')
Proven ability to execute on visual and interaction details
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - you should be able to clearly articulate your design decisions
The Photoshop force is strong in you. Maybe Scott Kelby calls you! for advice
Competent in HTML5, CSS, perhaps some Javascript
Some experience with front-end programming (you should be able to code up a simple web site and/or an application.)
