Required Skills
- Responsible for project proposals, project management and software development of multiple development projects
- Build and manage a top caliber software development team
- Manage the trade-offs between scope, resource and time during the development lifecycle
- Ownership of technical relationship with custom! ers
- Create, maintain and drive engineering schedules and continually evaluate process and methodology to look for ways to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
- Own the budget for the development team, ensure overall cost is kept under budget as per the plan, set objectives for the team, conduct performance reviews and appraisal for team members
