- Work closely with management to develop the technical roadmap for future products and services.
- Work closely with project manager to hit delivery dates and commitments.
Interviewing, teaching and managing your development team. - Be a hands-on technical leader and contributor.
- Have a strong skillset for setting up and refining development operations and procedures for all code (from creation and commitment to QA and deployment).
- Stay up-to-date with shifts in LAMP and the web in general to understand how it affects our development.
