Job opening - Front-end Developer at Cloudera (Palo Alto, CA; San Francisco, CA)

Helping our users make sense of the deluge of performance and management data that we gather from their Apache Hadoop clusters isn't easy. Cloudera is looking for front-end developers who are able to conceive of and build exciting, meaningful and - above all - useful visualisations that distill our knowledge of Hadoop into something you don't need a PhD in distributed systems to understand. You'll work on our entire suite of customer-facing applications, joining our small team of outstanding front-end engineers, and every day you'll be solving the presentation and interaction problems that crop up only when dealing with systems of Hadoop's scale. We'll be impressed by your taste in clean and elegant user interfaces, your experience in building exceptional UIs for web applications, and your ability to write high-quality, maintainable and efficient code.

At Cloudera, our goal is to make each individual feel valued for his or her contributions to the compa! ny’s mission. We are looking for smart people who want to do remarkable things. We strive to create an environment of casual intensity where people enjoy coming to work every day.
