As the IT Director at Outbrain you will work with the SVP of Operations & IT (who is located in Israel) to come up with solutions and workflows that enable the business to function smoothly.
We're a mixed environment who opts to give employees the option to choose the hardware platform and OS they are comfortable working with. The majority of employees are running Macs, with a healthy subset of users using Windows and Linux. Currently we have around 100 employees spread out across 8 offices and we're growing rapidly.
You will work closely with the business, sales, account management and finance teams to evaluate thier needs. We want you to come up with solutions for our specific environment rather than implement a whitepaper intended for another's needs or force our needs to fit into a particular product.
You will manage a team of geographically distributed IT Engineers working in remote offices as well as coordinate support for wor! kers who have no central office.
