Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and deployment of key Elance product features
- Collaborating with the Product Management team to review product requirements as well as QA & Customer Support teams to triage and fix bugs with rapid turnaround
- Cooperating constructively with fellow software engineers to perform requirements analysis and produce solid technical designs
- Writing clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little o! r no supervision
- Designing and implementing comprehensive unit tests while assessing and tuning application performance
- Collaborating with the entire Elance team to contribute to the continuous refinement of product strategy, software development methodology, internal tools and anything else that helps Elance maintain and expand its market leading position
