At Alpine Access, we pioneered work-at-home customer service. A key component of our success is our custom recruiting and training systems, built around the unique needs of the work-at-home employee. We've recently been acquired by Sykes Enterprises, and are being asked to scale our platforms out to support their entire company. We're excited to do this, but we need help! We're looking for a QA engineer to help us deliver an amazing, high-quality product.
Our platform is based on Django and hosted in the cloud. We use SCRUM as a development methodology. Though our team is geographically distributed, you will be based out of our office in the Chicago Loop.
