Blizzard Entertainment is looking for a talented and experienced senior software engineer to join our support systems team. The support systems group creates web and desktop applications for quality assurance (QA) and localization that are used in their daily operations. The ideal candidate has experience creating excellent user interfaces and high quality productivity tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving problems and good communication skills for a collaborative team environment.
The support systems team works primarily with C# and MSSQL, and uses an Agile / Scrum project management style to deliver potentially shippable features every sprint through a collaborative and iterative process.
The successful senior software engineer will be able to review and mentor other engineers, as well as, provide direction and architectural decisions on projects. Thie person will have the ability to understand requirements, and provide! an efficient solution to user needs is imperative.
