Arcadia is seeking software engineers to develop a program management and communication platform that supports our consulting teams and our clients. You will work within one of our Service Line teams, which define our offerings and develop technology to support them, and you will collaborate closely with our Delivery teams, who implement custom solutions for our clients. This is an opportunity to help healthcare organizations effect meaningful transformation in how they deliver care to their patients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work with the Service Line team to scope, plan, and execute the product roadmap for a Ruby on Rails application used to coordinate healthcare transformation programs.
- Build new features and train our consulting teams how to use them
- Enhance the user experience and make our user interface look awesome
- Build data integrations to other systems
- ! Improve back-end scalability and performance
- Strengthen our testing suites so we deliver a higher-quality product
