OkCupid is looking for a growth-focused engineer to get our apps into the hands of millions of new users. This person is part-marketer, part-coder. You will examine the question, “how do we get more people to use OkCupid?”
You will:
- Own product functionality and drive new feature development from concept formation to post-launch evaluation with emphasis on new channel growth
- Conduct low-overhead usability tests and implement A/B testing of key features in the viral loop to increase user growth and user engagement
- Be responsible for developing and executing OkCupid’s user growth strategy for its mobile and web products
- Create landing pages, email-generating features, and work the Open Graph
