You will lead our efforts to design and deliver Mobility Infrastructure Services implementations for our customers. You will engage with the customers at the beginning of the sales cycle as part of a cross disciplinary team that structures the terms of our engagement to ensure success for us and our customers. This includes leading the discovery process that shapes the plan for delivery of service functions as the engagement continues, as well as providing architectural guidance and oversight for the team of server engineers who build the implementation. In some cases you will serve as server team lead, in others you will advise the team. You will serve as a source of experience based knowledge and as a mentor to your server team colleagues. This also includes working with architects from the mobile device disciplines to jointly ensure high technical standards are maintained in meeting the customer's needs and budget.
We’re looking for someone! working on-site at a client office in Franklin, TN. Some travel to Austin, Texas for training will be required; the potential to relocate to Austin, Texas is available in the future.
Experience:
- .NET server experience required
- Objective-C experience helpful
- Experience in a large enterprise environment involving interaction with legacy systems
- Agile methodologies
- Mature middleware systems such as MQ Series, JMS, CORBA, MSMQ, etc.
- Business process automation
Qualified Candidates:
- Customer engagement as a consultant or contractor
- Experience with distributed database transaction issues
- At least one project using SOAP or XML-RPC or similar technology
- Threads and or multi-process outside of Java
- Disaster recovery planning
- Extensiv! e project leader experience
- Large system architecture definition
