Job opening - Integration Engineer at Quantcast (San Francisco, CA)

As part of Quantcast’s versatile engineering operations group, the Integration Engineer will be the point person for integration between Quantcast’s products and all customer (Publisher and Marketer) technology.
 
The ideal candidate for this role will have a unique blend of technical and customer-facing skills.  In this role, you will help our client services team triage issues for customers.  In addition, you will have a strong desire to automate anything and everything, developing the integration tools, processes, and documentation from concept to implementation.

Lead! the industry with technology:  Quantcast is an ad tech company with real technology (our Real-time Bidding Platform handles 150k transactions per second across the major ad exchanges, for instance). You will be exposed to, and become an expert in, proprietary QC technology, industry ad servers and exchanges, and a myriad of web frameworks and languages.
 
Develop from scratch:  A key part of the success of this role will be to automate repetitive tasks, develop tools to quickly analyze customer issues and assist our client services team, and build the overall integration infrastructure that will seamlessly integrate our technology with that of our customers.  This is a greenfield engineering project!
 
Responsibilities:



  • Support, troubleshoot, and improve Quantcast’s Publisher and Marketer product integrations.

  • Develop automation for integrating! Quantcast technology with various industry and customer syste! ms (e.g. JavaScript libraries, ad-servers, ad-exchanges)

  • Develop tools, including reporting functionality, to support the client services function at QC.

  • Work with client services, technical operations, and other stakeholders to improve company-wide processes which directly impact customer adoption, retention, and revenue.
