We are looking for talented LAMP Developers to join our wordpress and web application development team in Bangalore. Ideal candidate should demonstrate deep understanding of Wordpress architecture and should have exhaustively worked on LAMP stack developing applications using leading PHP frameworks.

What you will be doing?

• Building websites, modules on Wordpress platform. Experience working with multi site
• plugin is a plus.
• Customize existing WordPress plugins or build new ones.
• Develop scalable web applications using leading PHP frameworks like code igniter and
• cake PHP.
• Developing e-commerce and transaction based applications.
• Frontend development using HTML, CSS and Javascript.
• Slicing PSD’s into slick XHTML/CSS.
• Implement upgrades to the WordPress core and related plugins.
• Customize WordPress themes.
• Troubleshoot PHP and WordPress issues.
• Install, configure and manage WordPress installations.

What do you need to have?

• Deep knowledge of WordPress architecture and plugin development. Profile should
• indicate relevant work experience.
• At least should have worked on a project using leading PHP frameworks.
• Good MySQL Knowledge including normalization, best practices and performance
• tweaking.
• Ability to visualize design in optimized HTML and CSS.
• Love and know jQuery more than your partner.
• Knowledge of Magento and ecommerce solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails is a plus.
• Experience in resolving cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Makes it a point to avoid typical loop-holes and points of failure in the code and
• passionate about solving issues as quick as possible.
• Believes in happy customer keeps coming back and pays well.
• Never dying hunger for knowledge and self improvement. You should be the one who
• we would like to discuss the latest and most happening in the field.
• Attention to detail and pixel perfection.
• Good understanding of UCD is a plus.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and must be a proactive communicator.
