CafePress’ Online Acquisition team is looking for a bright, intelligent and resourceful individual to play a critical role within its fast-growing technology practice. Unlike many other traditional software engineering roles, this unique position combines excellence in programming capability with the ability to manage to revenue goals and business requirements. The ideal developer must operate in a cross-functional manner and work with a variety of other teams to optimize and grow various acquisition channels. The ideal candidate is looking for an entrepreneurial environment as well as working as the bridge between business and technical competencies.
Responsibilities:
* Develop cutting edge, scalable technologies to market millions of unique products across CafePress
* Manage and implement inventory system to place CafePress merchandise on 3rd party sites
* Development of platform and ! tools to allow multi-million dollar acquisition channels to scale quickly
* Interface with account reps from online marketplaces to help set strategy and drive the growth of these channels
* Utilize analytics reports and standard online marketing performance metrics to make day-to-day strategic decisions on how to best expand and optimize these acquisition channels.
* Manage and implement a well-defined product roadmap
